Ordering
How do I place an order?
To order online:
- Click “Add To Cart” on the desired product page.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping and billing information to complete your purchase.
To order by phone, please call us at +1 (708) 738-7167. You will receive an order confirmation immediately, and we will begin processing your order right away.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us right away at (708) 738-7167 with your order number, and we'll cancel it and process a full refund.
Once your order has shipped, we won't be able to cancel it, but you can return it following our standard return policy.
What if I want to speak to someone?

Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders going to the 47 contiguous states (California excluded)! we'll deliver it to your door at no extra cost. Just add to cart and check out—shipping's on us.
What countries do you ship to?
Exclusive Shipping to 47 Contiguous U.S. States for Fast Delivery. No California.
Also we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska and District of Columbia.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed promptly and usually ship within 1-2 business days. In rare cases, there may be unforeseen delays. Order transit time is 4-7 business days, meaning total delivery time from placing the order to receiving the item is 5-9 business days.
Returns and Refunds
How do I return a product?
Please view the return policy on instructions to return an item.
Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days from when we receive the item(s).
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s) for any damage. If damage is apparent, please note it when signing for delivery, or write “suspect damage” if you cannot inspect the contents immediately. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@mrvoltinc.com, and we will process a replacement or provide compensation.
