30-day return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy for all products, beginning on the date the item is received by the customer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions stated below.
We offer returns for new unopened products defective or non defective. The product must be new and in it's original package, you will have to contact our support team to request a refund: support@mrvoltinc.com. please send an email stating you would like to return a product and include your name and order number. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We the company, will provide return instructions by email. The customer will receive a free return label where they must drop off the product to a approved location that will be provided in the return instructions.
In the rare case of a defective or damaged product, we will cover the cost for free at no extra cost.
Return Shipping Cost:
All approved returns receive a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns of non-defective items. This fee is separate from the return shipping cost.
Returns Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it. It should include all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product. Please note we offer returns on defective and none defective items, given the product is in the original condition. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. You will be responsible for downloading and printing the label.
Engine powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty.
Specially Marked Items
These items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. Returns are not accepted for electronics or merchandise that is labeled "As-Is", Special Order", and "Built to Order".
Return Method:
All approved returns are completed by mail. Customers will receive return instructions and either a return shipping label, which they will have to download and print.
Refunds Window:
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different model, please email us at support@mrvoltinc.com. Exchanges are available for unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for any price differences between products.

When purchasing Mr. Volt, Inc., you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- You understand and are responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery. If there is any damage, please make a note of it when signing for delivery and provide photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description, to support@mrvoltinc.com within 24 hours of delivery
- You understand that for approved returns, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no cost to you.
- You understand that products must be returned unopened and unused. A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
- You understand that if your order has already left the warehouse, a full refund may not be possible
- You understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors beyond our control.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery and send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description, to support@mrvoltinc.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Warranty:
Warranty terms vary depending on the manufacturer. Please refer to the individual product pages for warranty details. It is important to note that warranty claims cover damages that occur over time and from regular use. Damages that occur upon arrival must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and are not considered warranty claims.

all returns must be processed through our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the package may face delays or be returned to the sender.
